Biometric Security: OnMe: Green utilizes encrypted, third-party identity verification to satisfy state-mandated 21+ age requirements. We do not indefinitely store, sell, or monetize your facial geometry or raw identification scans.

Welcome to OnMe: Green (operated by IDONYX, LLC, herein referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). We value your privacy and are deeply committed to protecting your personal data. This comprehensive Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data when you access our secure onboarding portal, establish a Patron Dossier, or interact with our digital and retail technology systems.
Important Clarification of Business Operations: OnMe: Green operates strictly as a financial technology and software infrastructure provider. We are not a licensed cannabis retailer, cultivator, or distributor. We do not manufacture, possess, or sell cannabis. All cannabis-related retail transactions are executed exclusively by our licensed retail dispensary partners in compliance with applicable state laws.
02. Information We Collect
We collect personal information necessary to facilitate secure, compliant transactions. This includes data you provide directly, as well as data automatically generated by your use of the platform:
A. Identity & Contact Information
We collect your legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and physical delivery address. This data is strictly used to create and manage your secure Patron Dossier.
B. Biometric & Government ID Data
To comply with rigorous state cannabis regulations (strict 21+ age verification), we integrate with enterprise-grade identity verification providers (such as Stripe Identity). When you submit your driver's license or state ID, the system performs a facial geometry match to confirm identity. OnMe: Green does not retain raw biometric templates or unencrypted ID images on our proprietary servers.
C. Financial & Transactional Data
We facilitate payments through compliant third-party ACH processors (such as AeroPay). We collect transaction histories, order volumes, and receipt data to provide Ledger services. We never directly collect, process, or store your raw bank login credentials or routing numbers.
D. Palate & Behavioral Data
If you utilize our AI Sommelier engine, we securely log your stated cannabis preferences (e.g., desired effects, preferred formats, usage frequency) to train your personalized curation algorithm.
03.Biometric Data Retention & Destruction
In compliance with the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and similar state regulations, any biometric identifiers or biometric information processed during your onboarding are used solely for the initial purpose of age and identity verification.
Once your identity is successfully verified and the necessary compliance flags are recorded in our system, the raw biometric mapping data is systematically destroyed by our verification partners in accordance with their strict data retention policies, typically within 30 days or less. We will never sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric data.

Securely routing your verified orders directly to our licensed dispensary partners' Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

Monitoring platform security, preventing fraudulent transactions, and ensuring network integrity.
05.SMS & Digital Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated operational and transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) from OnMe: Green and our retail partners. These messages are integral to the security and fulfillment of your orders.
You may also opt-in to receive VIP marketing broadcasts (e.g., limited product drops). You may revoke this consent and opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of operational SMS may limit your ability to use certain platform features (like real-time delivery tracking). Message and data rates may apply.
06.Information Sharing & Third Parties
We are in the business of technology, not data brokering. We do not sell your personal data.
We only disclose your information to the following authorized parties:
Licensed Retail Partners: We share your name, contact info, and order details strictly to facilitate the fulfillment and legal reporting of your specific purchase.
Infrastructure Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who provide essential services such as secure cloud hosting (Google/Firebase), identity verification (Stripe), and ACH payment processing (AeroPay).
Legal & Regulatory Authorities: When legally compelled by subpoena, court order, or state cannabis control boards to ensure compliance or investigate fraud.

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data. All sensitive data transmissions, including biometric streams and API communications with our payment partners, are secured using TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption protocols. Despite our rigorous security protocols, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security against advanced state-sponsored or zero-day threats.
