01.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the OnMe: Green software platform, creating a Patron Dossier, or utilizing our checkout integration services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
Critical Age Requirement (21+)
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access or utilize this platform. By submitting your government-issued identification and biometric data for verification, you legally certify, under penalty of perjury, that you meet the minimum age requirement to legally purchase and consume cannabis products under applicable state law. Falsifying your identity or age is a violation of law and will result in permanent platform bans and potential reporting to local authorities.
02. Role of the Platform (Not a Dispensary)
OnMe: Green (operated by IDONYX, LLC) acts solely as a technology infrastructure and software layer. We provide identity verification routing, artificial intelligence curation, and electronic order transmission services to licensed third-party retailers.
We are not a cannabis business. OnMe: Green does not cultivate, manufacture, package, distribute, deliver, or sell cannabis or cannabis-related products. We do not hold a cannabis retail license. All sales transactions, inventory management, taxation, and physical product transfers are executed entirely by our licensed retail dispensary partners. We never take legal ownership or possession of the products at any point in the supply chain.
03. SMS Program Rules & Disclosures
To provide secure access, multi-factor authentication, and real-time order logistics, OnMe: Green operates an automated SMS program.
Messages include secure One-Time Passcodes (OTP) for login authentication, order status updates, delivery tracking, and VIP marketing alerts.
Messaging frequency varies based on your usage and order volume. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
If you require assistance, reply HELP to our shortcode/number. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message before being permanently unsubscribed.
04.Payments & ACH Processing
To process payments for orders routed to our dispensary partners in compliance with federal banking regulations regarding cannabis, OnMe: Green integrates with specialized FinTech processors (e.g., AeroPay) utilizing ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank transfers.
By linking your bank account and executing a checkout on the platform, you legally authorize our third-party processor to debit your designated bank account for the total amount shown at checkout (which includes the retail product cost, applicable state and local taxes, and convenience fees). OnMe: Green may apply a flat software convenience fee per transaction to maintain the platform, which is clearly disclosed prior to authorization.
05. Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your use of the platform, you strictly agree not to:
- Provide fraudulent, forged, or digitally modified identification documents.
- Attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate the biometric facial scanning systems.
- Purchase cannabis products on behalf of a minor or any individual who cannot legally purchase them (straw purchasing).
- Interfere with the payment processing algorithms, reverse-engineer the application, or distribute malware.
We reserve the right to instantly suspend, block, or permanently terminate your Patron Dossier and platform access without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms or state cannabis regulations.
06.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The OnMe: Green platform and all associated services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's continuous uptime, freedom from bugs, or the instantaneous delivery of SMS routing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IDONYX, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, DELAYS IN ORDER ROUTING, OR YOUR CONSUMPTION OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR RETAIL PARTNERS.
07.Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in New York, New York, before one arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver: You and OnMe: Green agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your respective individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
